DIFFICULT CLAREMONT STAFF WITH TERRIBLE ATTITUDES

<p>I work in the Monte Clare building, where the gym is situated. My wife, 2 kids and myself are members of the gym - we pay a lot of monthly fees - although I have a limited membership (can enter between 8am - 5pm during weekdays) which works for me because I gym during lunch.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife often comes after work (after 5) and brings the kids, I finish work at about six so being in the building I collect them from club V after work. However being after 5 I ask the staff to please let me in to fetch my kids while my wife is in a class, and everytime the staff gives me the worst attitude and rudest comments. The one lady told me ''just this one time''. Excuse me, I am coming to fetch my kids not to use the facilities and don't forget that customer service comes first, so be polite and understanding and do not ever talk to me in that manner as if you are doing me a favour.</p> <p>Multiple times they are rude when we forget a card, threatening that its the last time, when I pay every month you let me in no matter whether I have my card or not. I was shocked. The management are obviously coming down on the staff for access control I understand, but they have no right to pass cheeky comments and be rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please address this with the staff at Claremont.</p>
