Did not freeze our account as promised

We phoned in April to freeze our contract for May and June. We were told this was in order. The full amount came off in May, we phoned the consultant appologized because she could see it should have been suspended but was not. She promised that we would be refunded. No refund came. June the full amount went off again. We phoned again and we have still not been refunded for these two months.
