beyond ridiculous ..signed my daughter up..mailed and also whatsapp al info eg id copy etc (for my daughter) Paid joining fee last month..debit order went off first..she still has no access..almost 60 whatsapp between me and salesman..last query today at 4:30 pm..now asking to confirm her ID again..(sent 3 times, confirmed received . Phoning after them like a child, almost daily...blocked salesman as this has been a two week brain drain..and that just to sign up! beyond ridiculous..Ps Virgin A... please do NOT phone me at ALL again..enough business energy& time wasted with you..chiow🤟
