Destruction of property

Good morning ,<br> <br> I have often in the past left my swimming equipment in the Locker over night <br> without any issues ( No issues at Little Falls they great)<br> <br> This year I did as I sometimes do, left my stuff in the locker . I recently just purchased <br> a new and better lock (R200) as my previous one was strangely removed whilst I was gyming <br> (nothing taken this time round)<br> <br> The manager calming told me its Policy and in the contract I signed that they will cut the lock if I leve <br> my items in the locker overnight. This is the first time over 7-9 years I have heard this and not <br> once have a seen a sign in the change room notifying members this will happen .<br> <br> I want to see , on my contract that I signed all those years ago at Roodepoort gym giving you permission <br> to destroy my personal property.<br> <br> I moved to the Lil Falls gym because of to many bad experience at the Roodepoort gym in <br> the past that I did report . My swimming equipment has been ****** twice there over the years costing <br> a few thousand each time.. I also had picked up to many skin and infection and eye and ears problems..hence me moving to Little Falls.. (No hygiene issues at all there)<br> <br> I want my lock replace please ***
