DENYING TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

in my understanding my gym 12 month membership expired in September this year, no one from virgin called to ask about a renewal but instead you lot kept on debiting for no apparent reason as i no longer hold a membership with you.

A consultant called me late November to tell me about missing a payment. i do not hold a membership with anymore as my term has long lapsed.

Please note if you keep on trying to debit you will be reported to the Ombudsman as this is *****.
