De*****ed by Virgin Active SA

Their moroleta branch de*****ed us us R24300 by false pretences, l have been trying to get this issues resolved for the past 15 months but each time l call the branch am told the manager is either off sick or some lame story, and up to this day R1620 is being deducted from my account as a result of that *****.

They say they cant help me because their employee who de*****ed us has since left thier employ. My last two calls were to Yaseen Ref ***on 5 August who told me that the manager was off & to Rygaanah Hoosain who refused to give me a call reference number on 7 August at 1210pm. She told me that the manager will get back to me after her off days, one month later am still waiting for that call.
