Deductions months after cancelation

Good afternoon, I had a membership with you which I cancelled in June 2021, membership would have ended in July 2021, on the 1st of July they deducted money from my account for the last months payment, but on the 1st and 30th of October 2021 they deducted money again from my account, now I'm out R1060 and I tried calling virgin active n1city but after I choose my option I get transferred to reception and then the phone call gets ended. Please fix this.
