Deduction for December after I instructed Virgin Active to cancel gym membership

<p>I spoke to two virgin active consultants at the end of Novemebr 2016. My debit order had rejected and I advised them I am unable to continue with my gym membership. Furtheremore, I am now using the gym at my workplace due to that being a staff benefit effective 01 December 2016. Virgin Active tried retaining my memebrship and I advised them I am not interested. This morning, Sunday 18 December 2016, they have gone and deducted the fee R322 despite me no longerbeing their memebr and they have forced the debit despite me telling them not to. I demand that this amount be reversed back into my account as I am not interested in being a virgin active memebr anymore. I expect the charges to be reversed as well as I purposefully left no funds in my account as as a result I am now in overdraft. You people are disgusting. I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY FOR A MONTH I DID NOT USE YOUR GYMS AT ALL. INCASE YOU DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME TELEPHONICALLY-I DO NOT WANT TO BE YOUR MEMEBR ANYMORE!</p>
