Deducting money after contract has been terminated

My name is Mrs Phillipine Kgobane. ID no ***. I would like to complain about Virgin active and how they have been deducting money when they were not supposed to.

I requested them to terminate my contract since January 2023 but they are still deducting until now. I don't know how else to communicate with them about this issue. Please assist.
