Deducting after contract cancelled for 9months!

After I cancelled my husband’s contract last year March, by email, they have now deducted R100 in december and r520 now in January. The guy that I spoke to, now tells me that he must get approval 1st. Who gave permission that they deduct that amount from the bank account. This is theft!!
