Deducted twice monthly payment!

<p>In November 2016 they deducted twice a monthly fee that cost me close to R1000. They deny that it ever happened and refusing to give back the money. After I have given them evidence over and over again showing that it happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also when I confronted them, I'm sent to different people to talk to all denying it happened sending me a inaccurate gym statement. Then the last person tells me that I must go to the bank so they can tell me I'm not telling the truth. Well I went to the bank and even she told me it's not my imagination. Still nothing is done. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are money greedy and dont care about there customers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
