Deducted debit order despite valid cancellation two months ago

Cancelled my two-year contract, which had expired earlier this year, on 13 September 2021. Was told the final amount would go off in October. This did not happen, and they have now deducted the full subscription fee from my bank account for November. Also takes me into my overdraft, so here comes the interest.
