Decisions stopping me from Staying Active

Another morning of disappointment where VA’s decisions are stopping me from staying active. I have been a loyal VA member at Steenberg for 9 years. I attend almost every Saturday spinning class and we have a good group of regulars. Recently VA decided to close their Claremont spinning studio which has resulted in a mass of members flooding our studio. Our studio has been reduced from 30 to 22 bikes AND now more spinners are being pushed to our studio. Bookings open 7days prior to a class but is booked up immediately. I couldn’t book this morning for a class 7 days from now. I have complained but there seems to be no plan to solve this. Due to limitations on my membership I am limited to Steenberg only and cannot join a larger VA spinning studio. Last week I had to sit out, this week we were rushed through our class to make time for another class. I hoped to celebrate my 40th with my spin buddies next Sat but the class is already full. This is an extremely disappointing experience and doesn’t motivate one to Stay Active
