Deceptive information to keep account on hold

My contract had ended and I cancelled as I am pregnant. They called 2 review why I cancelled. I explained I l b back after giving birth. They advised me 2 keep the account on hold by paying a premium of R66 till I gave birth to avoid having to start a new contract. But on my last month they debited a good R400 full premium and I had it reversed. They never even consulted if I have given birth yet and they demanding a R400 payment how can this be.
