Debt collectors?? I do not have any debt with VA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Recently I cancelled my Vitality as I was told by a virgin employee that I would just reopen it with my Multiply.</p> <p>When I got around to it they informed me that there was an outstanding amount of R2700.00</p> <p>I complained and advised that I had not used the facilities and would not pay for this.</p> <p>They offered me a discount of 50% which I refused as I will not pay for something I do not use.</p> <p>Dave Luis advised me that if I wanted to join again I could pay 50% and join.</p> <p>Today I get a call from a debt collection company advising that there is R2700.00 payable to them.</p> <p>I mailed Dave and he said that I am now to pay the full amount and they CC'd their lwyer.</p> <p>*</p> <p>Please dont call me I want all communication in writing.</p> <p>*</p> <p>Please when you respond to this post do so with the Ombud or CPI or governing body that mediates for your industry.</p> <p>*</p> <p>I have told them to sue me now because I will stand infront of a judge and explain that I had not used the facilities and will not pay for a service not rendered.</p>
