DEBT COLLECTOR CALL on behalf of VIRGIN ACTIVE

I would like to get the attention of Virgin active or the many debt collectors that handle their outstanding membership fees and the recovery thereof. We tend to always get messages via 3rd parties when we are trying to be reach through MBD Inc. to ensure the payment or the so called payment, we receive no statements or proof that the amounts are even outstanding. When we enquire for a statement, nothing gets sent or the phone call is dropped. Then they call the "emergency" number on the application form knowingly that they are no where near the individuals that Virgin Active actually have a contract with. Must we keep paying and paying and then other newly appointed debt collectors to get double recoveries.
