Debits for 4 years after cancelled membership

I have cancelled a membership more or less 3 - 4 years ago and i am still getting debited for it, when i called into query i was told to go into my branch at 14th Avenue Constantia. I then did so with no positive feedback, i was supposed to either get called or emailed with a recording with evidence that i cancelled as well as feedback as to how virgin active will be reimbursing me for all the unauthorized debits. I want answers!!!
