Debitorder not cancelled and incorrect contract loaded by admin

Virgin active tygervalley let me sign a 3 month club v contract for my son. After 4 months i see the debit order still going off. i went to cancel it, the manager on duty said she will cancel and send me an email. 2 months later she still did not do it. On 18 August i try again they tell me to phone head office who then says they do not have 3 month contracts i have to take it up with the club. Now its an admin issue. The admin person is not here. The manager llewellen said he will contact me asap to cancel. But i also want the other money to be refunded. My contract was 3 months.
