debited twice by ridiculous amount for same month
I changed my membership in march from the membership to go to all the club's to the one that I go to one club only. I was in arrears for February 2015 as I changed my banking details. I paid the R630 for February that was in arrears. I also froze my membership for march as I was recovering from an operation. Which was half of the little falls normal monthly fee. I paid this on 14 March. I also arranged for my debit order to go off 15th every month. Today I was debited R630. Which is not only more than my normal monthly fee but it was debited on the wrong date. Now I am give some lame excuse( about being in arrears and that in march they froze my february membership etc ect)as to why I can not be refunded. I do not get paid on the 30th of every month and the money that VA took so hastily was supposed to go towards collecting my car from repairs which I now can not do. I can now understand why people have their VA memberships terminated. I expected more since I have been a member since 2006. I need to have that money refunded today and the correct amount to be debited on the 15th as was the arrangement I made with nozipho from VA contact centre . This is ridiculous.
