DEBITED MONEY WITHOUT MY AGREEMENT

I had to cancel my membership because of medical reasons. I agreed to pay the fee of 40% of what was outstanding and my monthly payment this month still. They told me they were going to add the two amounts together as one payment. I ended up paying the full amount of the fee and my monthly payment through the link, but I was not able to send a proof of payment immediately. I did communicate this with them and they said that is not a problem I can send it through as soon as I have it. Later that same day they debited another monthly payment off my account which I did not agree to, due to not receiving a proof of payment yet. Even though they acknowledged that they saw on their side that I did pay through the link. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for the money to be refunded. I had the funds to pay for the fee and my monthly payment. I did not have the funds to pay an extra unnecessary monthly payment, and now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money. This is absolutely ridiculous.
