DEBITED EVEN THOUGH MEMEBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED

Absolutely disgusted.Ive cancelled my membership for my entire family. Was even billed for the pro rata costs and been debited. Now they still have a member on my membership, debiting my account for the past two months . When I require they agent to revert back to the call recording to listen to my request I've been told that I still need to pay ... REALLY GUYS ...IS THIS HOW YOU RECOVER YOUR LOSSES FOR COVID?????No customer service , its crazy
