Debited After My Contract Is Cancelled!

Good day,

I am not pleased with the service I received from Virgin Active. I have been a member from beginning of 2015. I joined through Discovery Vitality. I paid over R3,700.00 joining fee for myself and my wife. Now in January I chnaged Employers, but keeping my membership with Discovery. I have three members under me, my wife and two kids. I called Virgin Active and explained my situation. I told them I am just awaiting my Discovery membership be reactivated through my new Employer and I would like to continue under Vitality membership. I was told that I will have to pay joining fee again which woud be around R3,800.00. I was very much unhappy about this. So I ordered for Virgin Active to completely cancel my membership and I would not like to get any debit from them anymore going forward. Now they cancelled my contract and left my wife's account active! What is that?! I told them I do not want anymore debit in my account from Virgin active. My wife joined under me and I am the main account holder, she used my Vitality as she is in my medical aid. And I specifically said I am not prepared to pay full amounts when I have Vitality. I also said I am not prepared to pay joining fee again as I am still awaiting for Discovery to reinstate my membership for Vitality. Now please refund the money that you debited from my account. Please treat this as very urgent.

Thanks.
