Debited after cancelation of membership

Absolutely disappointed at the management of my account, I followed all cancelation processes and was assured that no amount will be debited for August if I paid the R515 fee I'm July. This month on the 1st I was debited R282. I have mailed and called all lines are "busy" I'm appalled by the administrative services. Very quick to take money.
