Debit Orders in LockDown

Good Day We were sent emails advising us that our memberships are put n hold till the lock down is lifted and that no debit orders will run but my debit order was run for the amount of R850 on the 1st April 2020. Also when we signed up were were told that the first debit order would be only going off end of April as the promotion at the time when we signed up was 2 months free. Please can someone get back to me renegading both queries. Thank you
