DEBIT ORDER TOO MUCH

Virgin active, what is happening to the service you offer? the call center take forever to answer and when they do they drop the call. i have been calling whole morning and no luck. they Debit money from my account but the amount is too much. they never reply to e-mails, the service offered is the worst. please refund my money immediately
