*******, I've been canceling my membership for the past 5 month now. I don't know how stupid it is to contact them if they don't do as you asked. They even hand up when you talk about cancelation, how useless is that. Different reference number when they debit. This is *******, stupidity, uselessness or maybe virgin active being virgin not active.
