Debit order rejected
My creditcard account has had a debit order in operation for more than 10 years, now all of a sudden it is rejected by the bank according to Virgin accounts. I was told last year that I must change my account to a cheque as creditcard accounts are no longer accepted. I will do so when my card is renewed next year. Please inform me if you no longer can debit a credit card account and I will take the necessary action to cancel contract.
