Debit Order Date

Why ask me which debit order date I would like when I took out my contract, if you are going to take my money the day before I get paid? This results in magtape bank charges for a returned debit order and it affects my credit score for potentially qualifying for a bond for a home loan? This is UNACCEPTABLE! Your automated system requires improvements!!! Take your debit order on the day I elected or take it a day later but NEVER try to take it a day earlier, as I have not been paid yet. DUH! Then whilst you are improving your automated system, PLEASE train your consultants in your accounts department to be courteous at ALL times when a client, namely me, I kindly notified them that I have not been paid yet, hence my debit order is for the 1st of the month, do not allow your consultants to tell me RUDELY that I should read my contract - EXCUSE ME!? NO buddy, your salesman should have disclosed your "public holiday debit order date policy" to me before I was asked to elect a debit order date and before I signed my contract, otherwise I would have gladly chosen the 15th of the month and we would never have a problem. Get your automated system together and get some manners, PLEASE. You can check the recording of my conversation with your accounts department on ********** at 16:39 on Friday 29 September 2017 with my I.D number ********** 049080.
