Debit incorrect amount

I have an account with virgin for my whole family. My Debit order was R975 and now they deducted R1436 when I called spoke to a guy at call center Daniel he said they were instructed by vitality because my vitality was rerminated by vitality. What is shocking is I have 3 deduction from vitality from my payslip. Some one from virgin active please sort this out.
