Debit account without consent

If i could give a zero star rating or even a minus amount i would. I have requested on numerous occasions that Virgin no longer debits my account as I lost my job in November 2023. I have agreed to pay towards my account with what I can afford and get told thats not acceptable and get told what I can pay. That is against the law. I can afford to pay you R50 a month and that is it. You are just a massive **** and make your customers names bad with credit when it was requested to stop and a payment arrangement was offered!
