Deaf to unfair treatment complaint

Had a horrible experience with a member is one of the Aqua classes at VA Krugersdorp, kept my composure and decided to approach the instructor of the class to have a word with the offending member. I would then be gaslit by the instructor firstly denying that said member could have behaved that way because she is a "nice person". She instructed me to forgive and started talking about jesus and forgiveness invalidating my entire experience. She even went as far as to tell me not to talk about this anymore or to anyone else because thats what the devil wants. On the same day I wrote to the gym and never received a response. On the 29.04.2025 I decided to send an email to *** and received ref 116567 and still no response from anyone at Virgin Active National or Krugersdorp.
