Deadlifting Hell

No one ever gets back to me from Virgin Active! I wrote another complaint about the Deadlifts and smashing weights down in the legs training section on Sunday 3rd October. I am not the only one who was ****ed off at the time we trained there, from 9am to 10:30am Check video footage: other people also went to the front desk and said the noise is deafening! How do you allow a few ******** people to make the training experience a living hell for all your other members?? I am so annoyed that we are not being taken seriously. Read your own Rule book Virgin Active, and enforce the Rules!
