I joined Virgin active two months ago, and in that period i have only been to gym 5 times due to my busy schedule. I finally called in to cancel, and was told that i need to pay R1200 immediately. What for? I no longer require your services, what am I being charged for? These terms were not discussed with me when I was signing up for a membership why are you using trickery?
