I signed a 12 month contract in January 2019 to expire end of February 2020. I tried cancelling sometime in October 2019 and they asked for 2 months notice, I decided to let it run down since it was a few months before expiry. However now in March after the expiry, they have the audacity to debit my account again with an amount increased by almost 50%. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
