Day light ******* being committed by Virgin active

<p>I was once a member of Virgin active and after my initial 12 months elapsed, the gym kept on deducting money from my account even though l wasn't using the gym. Now they still have lawyers calling me that I'm owing them. This was due to my not giving them my written cancellation and the automatic monthly renewal kicks in. Why is it that in this day in time virgin active still get away ******. the CPA even stipulates that the supplier need to contact the consumer 40-80 days before the contract expires.</p>
