Day light ******* and staff making empty promises

Out son took out a 3 month contract. He went to give notice cancell this contract when it wxpires. First they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. After we engaged with them they agreed that there will not be any charges but we need to return on a months time to cancell. We have done this only to find out that again we had to pay an addinional out to cancell The system was of line and they did a manual cancellation which was handed to us. We found out a month later that this was not cancelled. We dealt with Zoe and Keagan at the gym. Promises was made by Keagan that they will phone us. Zoe simply just ignore our mails. We are now going to lay a complaint by the onbutsman and also contact the consumer protection act offices.
