<p>Hi Hello Peter i went to register my kids at virgin active yesterday, only to be told that i owe an amount of R2000.00. i previously had an account with Virgin Active which i terminated because i was pregnant and i advised them that i will not be able to continue gyming, I phoned a virgin consultant as they said terminations are done in head office who advised that normally there is 30% payment that i needed to pay as i will not be able to work out, i told her that as per the new consumer credit act we cant pay for services which have not been rendered to us, she advised that she will negotiate that and get back to me which she never did until i decided to register my kids yesterday. i would g for VA to contact me and advise accordingly as they want me to pay for services which i did not use. thank you.</p>
