DAMAGED SPINNING/INDOOR BIKES AT VIRGIN ACTIVE WONDERPARK

I dont know how many times we should complain about the spinning bikes/indoor bikes that we use at VIRGIN ACTIVE WONDERPARK. 90% of the bikes in the class our not working and no one is taking us serious..or is it because the majority of the members at VIRGIN ACTIVE WONDERPARK are black. We pay monthly for your services but you do not attend to our complaints. Our contracts state that our safety is our responsibility, but it is your resources that are putting our safety in danger. VIRGIN ACTIVE WONDERPARK WE DEMAND NEW INDOOR BIKES FOR OUR SPINNING CLASSES!! it is frustrating to go to gym to attend your favourite classes and have to go through all the bikes to check which one works..that is painful when you consider that some funds are going to be taken from your bank to pay for something thats not working. SRIP GASLIGHTING YOUR CLIENTS AT VIRGIN ACTIVE WONDERPARK. Next stop is X and Tik Tok because this is tiring and frustrating. Previous it was stair masters which were not working..only one was functioning properly and the other two would just stop working in a middle of a work out..that can hurt a person.
