Damaged equipment gets removed for repairs and never comes back

<p>Since January 2016, I noticed the leather straps which you use to do hanging leg raises on the pull up bar were missing. When I enquired I was told they were damaged and in for repairs. I have enquired 4 times since then and given 2 written complaints but have still heard nothing back.</p> <p>The same thing happened to the machine that measures heart rate, body fat, and keeps track of your weight and progress. It has been gone for over a year</p>
