Dainfern staff- disgusting service

Karabo from Virgin Active Dainfern came the Virgin Active Greenstone just to make a sale for April. Karabo took a payment of R699 to update my son’s membership. He phoned me to come through to meet him, which I thought was legitimate. I believed him to be one of the Greenstone staff. I found out later that he belonged to the Dainfern branch.He promised my son a gym bag but continuously made excuses as to why the bag wasn’t available. I contacted the Dainfern branch last Friday to be told by Mpho that Simi Moodley - Manager was out for lunch but my matter would be handled and I should expect a call from either one on Monday. I called today to be given the run around again- Simi was apparently busy again and could take my call. The entire Complaint system has failed me. The receptionists cover for the Managers so your complaint will never progress. I have 4 Memberships that Karabo was not responsible for signing up.Im prepared to cancel all 4 Memberships due to this pathetic service.
