Customer Setrvices Apalling service

Appalling service fro customer services division. Made numerous calls for assistance to sign up for an online class and not a single consultant was able to assist. Their app doesn't even work and has not since November. To date still waiting for a customer service manager to call to help me access this class which begins on Monday 18 January 2020. Not worth paying such a steep fee when they cannot provide proper service!!!
