Customer service worse than the worst 3rd world government centers.

Don't sign a contract with them. Their customer service is beyond pathetic. Sent multiple emails requesting cancellation of my membership contract and waited on the phone for hours over the course of more than 3 months and still no correspondence from them. I just get a generic automated reply that they're too busy to reply. Meanwhile I have lost huge amounts in debit orders which I can't block because it would impact my credit rating.
