Customer service pathetic

Worst customer service ever, since you dont reply any complaint email I will post it here. Staff is very rude especially at Menlyn VA. No restrictions on masks what so ever, everyone just doing what they like. No booking system anymore? Increased monthly debit orders and we need to stand in a queue to gym... pathetic I'm moving over to Planet Fitness.
