Today I went to the Horizon Virgin Active in Roodepoort, I have asked a staff member who was calling in members who booked for spinning class and told her I was there to cancel my membership she pointed me to the line of people waiting to enter to use the gym when I finally got in it didn't matter that I was in they allowed another person in any way considering that they could have done this initially it took me 5 minutes to cancel and pay and could have done this without having to stand in the sun for ages just to see that they could have assisted but chose to be difficult about it and made me stand and wait while they were sitting and chatting to each other doing nothing, I felt disgusted and if ever I wanted to join again I am not so sure I would, there is a bunch of unfriendly and unsympathetic people there, sitting in the comfort of aircon while everyone is melting away in the sun I understand covid protocol but yeah that's how we treat people these days I guess...
