Customer Contract Bullying

<p>Hi I need advice regarding my fight with virgin active gym, they are rejecting that i cancel my contract with them although i have completed my 12 month contract period with them. I have made changes to my medical aid vitality, but did not cancelled my membership with virgin active, but unfortunately they cancelled the my membership without my knowledge and started a new contract under my name. which what causes the fight because they don't want me to cancel my contract and want me to pay them before cancellation. What Surprises is that they agree that i did not cancel my membership with but they say thier system cancelled my contract and restarted as result of the changes to my vilaty. so i have to be punished for thier system error our is just a way to loot customers.</p>
