Customer Complaints

I'm not happy with the virgin active branch at Boulders Mall, as we send complaints but nobody attends to them, but come month end they want us to pay full price.... WE NEVER HAVE WATER, BUT YOU WANT THE FULL AMOUNT. THIS IS WRONG TOTALLY. the is no water and we are always informed late. I want to be compensated...😡😡😡😡😡😡
