customer care not a concern to manager at Menlyn Maine

<p>I have been at Virgin Classic Menlyn Maine for 6 months now. The jacuzzi regularly has problems. Although I have asked that members be informed by sms whenever there are problems with water, jacuzzi or aircon (as is usual at other Virgin clubs), my requests have been consistently ignored. Not a single apology from the manager, never an sms, even at the dysfunctional jacuzzi no apology or explanation posted. This manager does not seem to have the slightest concern for his customers. Really disappointed!</p>
