CRESTA VIRGIN SPINNING BIKES

I spin 4 times a week at Cresta Virgin Active. Since March this year, the bikes have been breaking down without replacement. This morning, sitting in the que from 4h30 in order to secure a bike for the 5h15 class, once again, I did not get a bike, as 8 bikes were marked on the list out of order. These morning classes are very popular, and almost 10 people, sitting in the que in the cold, did once again, not get a bike. The excuse from management is head office can not secure parts from their supplier. Really, is it so difficult to service a bike, and to replace a pedal, or a *****ed seat or whatever it is. Half of the time, people just want to excercise and continue spinning on these *****ed bikes, in the process injuring themselves. Every single day my fellow spinners hang their little red tag, and complain to management in person, but nothing is done. Why must a class, that is 110% packed every morning with this specific instructor suffer the consequences of clearly bad maintenance of their products, paying for a service, with no delivery. This is enough. Virgin Head Office, please catch a wake up, you have a lot of angry members at your Cresta gym.
