Creche Safety

Today around 2:40pm I got called over the intercom to attend to my child who was crying. When I got there he had stopped crying and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. The lady just told me that he's been crying, that's it. So off we left, I went shopping and when I got to the shop and took him out the car I noticed a red bump on his head. I phoned the gym, and asked to speak to the creche, the phone got cut off 3 times. I had to repeat myself over and over to find out if my child had fallen. Eventually I got a yes your child fell, he was standing against the pillow. I specifically told them when I dropped him off that he does not walk but he crawls and he stands up against items and that he is unstable and can fall and he must not be left alone. Yet they did not heed my advice and he fell, and nobody ever even told me that he fell. Surely this is vitally import information as I need to watch him for any further problems (I am a nurse so I know how important it is). I am extremely mad right now. I pay extra to have my child taken care of. This is unacceptable. I know accidents happen but noone was even honest and clearly he wasn't being watched very well.
