**** Maintenance and lack of Maintenance staff

This is the second time I have an issue with this branch. Last year I complained because I numerously catch guys having *** in their sauna (which has still not been resolved). I have verbally complained to the staff regarding the handle in the sauna which let you slam your knukles into the door frame. A lot of blood has been spilt there by numerous guys. Today I arrived to have my customary sauna and swim just to find some idiot had set the temp to 100 degrees!! *** guys. Your skin starts to burn the munute u enter. I asked a staff member to put it down to 85 degrees and he tells me they need to log a request to maintenance and there is no maintenance as they have gone home. Note this is 1.30pm. How is it possible that the staff can't turn a dial or use a digital dial to change a temp? Or is this a case of not my jobdescription which is just a nice why to say ****** off u bothering me. Why not set the temp to a comfortable temp and then just tell everyone thats where it must stay. I dont want to cook in there. A sauna is for u to relax and sweat. Not burn out in 5 mins. Why is this happening at Groenkloof? Does anyone want to help? Is there anyone that actually cares there?
